Every message that comes through this form lands directly in our inbox — there is no intake desk, no automated triage, no form that gets forwarded three times before anyone reads it. We typically reply within one business day, and often within a few hours during normal working hours in Saskatoon. If your timeline is urgent, mention that in your message and we will prioritize accordingly.
The first reply will almost always suggest a short discovery call so we can hear the problem in your own words. These calls are free, usually run about thirty minutes, and have no obligation attached. We use them to understand what you are building, who it is for, what you have already tried, and where the constraints are. If we think we are not the right fit for the work — because the scope is outside our expertise, the timeline does not match our availability, or the technology choices are ones we do not recommend — we will say so directly and point you toward someone who can help instead.
If we do seem like a good fit, the next step is usually a written summary of what we discussed along with a rough scope outline, estimated investment range, and suggested milestones. You will not receive a hundred-page proposal document. We prefer to keep scoping conversations short and concrete so you can make an informed decision quickly. Once the scope is agreed, we move into kickoff within days rather than weeks, and the first working increment of your system usually appears within the first sprint so you can react to real software rather than mockups.
A few things help these conversations move faster. If you already know roughly what you want to build, share any existing documentation, diagrams, or links to similar products you admire. If you have specific technology preferences, mention them up front along with the reason — we may have opinions, but we want to understand your reasoning before pushing back. If you are exploring multiple vendors, that is fine; we are comfortable explaining our approach alongside competing proposals. And if you are not sure what you need yet, that is also fine, and we will help you figure it out together during the first call. There is no secret to a good first conversation — it just helps to know the shape of the problem and the shape of the team on your side.
